BIM Modelling Engineer (MEP)
Salary:
$3,500 - $5,000 (Based on Experience)
Location:
Ang Mo Kio
Work Schedule:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software
Prepare and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings for MEP engineering projects
Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams
Attend coordination meetings and resolve drawing or model discrepancies
Review designs for constructability and compliance with project requirements
Ensure drawings and designs comply with relevant local building codes and regulations
Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers on drawing updates and revisions
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, BIM, Building Services, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM modelling/drafting experience
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
Relevant BIM certification is preferred
Experience preparing MEP drawings and BIM models
Good understanding of BIM coordination, technical drawings, and construction requirements
Able to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
Detail-oriented and able to manage drawing revisions accurately
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
