Kerja Sepenuh Masa CONSTRUCTION SURVEYOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 9,500 di Angsana Tunas Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site surveys, setting-out works, and levelling according to construction drawings.
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for construction activities.
• Verify site measurements, dimensions, and positions before and during construction.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Assist project team in interpreting technical drawings and site layout plans.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are constructed at correct alignment and levels.
• Conduct topographical and boundary surveys when required.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure all survey equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian construction standards and company procedures.
• Follow site safety requirements in accordance with OSHA 1994 and company policies.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in construction surveying.
• Proficient in using survey instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, or similar equipment.
• Able to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction processes and site practices.
• Computer literate (AutoCAD, survey software, MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
