About the Roles
Join our team as an Airport Ticketing & Reservation Executive based in Beach Road, supporting airline ticketing and reservation operations in a customer-focused environment. This is a permanent role with a 5-day shift schedule, including night shifts, offering a competitive package of basic salary up to $3,100 plus variable bonus. The role provides an opportunity to manage end-to-end ticketing services while working closely with passengers, travel partners, and airline systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage passenger bookings, walk-in enquiries, and the complete ticketing process with accuracy and professionalism.
- Process reservations, ticket confirmations, amendments, cancellations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, re-bookings, and ticket re-issuance.
- Respond to enquiries from passengers, travel agents, corporate clients, and BSPs through phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer profiles and frequent flyer accounts to ensure accurate information.
- Promote current offers and support customers with programme details, materials, and required forms.
- Address customer feedback and complaints by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Support operational planning activities, including needs analysis and budget input, to enhance business performance.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and business leads through team discussions and customer interactions.
- Coordinate ticketing arrangements and event-related logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor airline requirements, market trends, and industry updates to stay informed.
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by management to support daily operations and the Quality Management System.
What We’re Looking For
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in reservations and ticketing, with strong knowledge of airfares and airline systems.
- Have proficiency in air ticketing and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Amadeus.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, remain patient, and perform effectively in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of the Sabre system will be an advantage.
