Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspection of facility areas and equipment
- Carry out basic electrical work such as checking/replacing lights , switches and other minor electrical items
- Perform minor plumbing and general building maintenance
- Attend to minor facility issues and report major breakdowns to the superior
- Assist Technicians or contractors during repair or servicing work
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of facility areas
- Record completed maintenance and inspection activities
- Follow all safety procedures and company requirements while performing facility work
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in facility or building maintenance
- Able to perform basic electrical and maintenance work
- Basic knowledge of facility equipment is an advantage
- Willing to perform hands on and phyiscal maintenance work.
