Job responsibilities:

- Showcase and promote products during live streaming sessions, highlight product features and benefits.
- Interact with audience, shoutout promotion, answer questions, and encourage viewer engagement during livestream.
- Have a deep understanding of the products being presented, including features, benefits, pricing and availability.
- Familiar with livestreaming platforms, eg TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee.
- Coordinate and adhere to a set schedule for livestreaming sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize livestream strategies, promotions and enhance audience engagement.
- Monitor key performance metrics, increase sales and achieve monthly growth targets.

- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences through live content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in livestreaming business.
- Always question how to make it better. Focus on improvement.
- Happy with researching on products. Passion for product knowledge
- Positive person, enjoys dealing with people at all levels and a strong communicator.
- Marketplace and e-Commerce operations experience would be a plus.
