Job Summary

Responsible for driving business development initiatives for Koperasi CBL Malaysia by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the cooperative’s products and services, and strengthening relationships with members, customers, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Initiate and coordinate business collaborations, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, clients, and business partners.
• Conduct market research and identify potential markets, products, and services.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and reports.
• Support networking, meetings, events, and other business development activities.
• Monitor business development activities and report progress to Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, or a related field preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident in dealing with clients, members, business partners, and external stakeholders.
• Good business sense with the ability to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel and attend meetings, networking sessions, and external events when required.
• Experience in cooperative, membership-based organisations, sales, partnerships, or business development is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
