1. Job Objective

• Perform new mould fabrication, Fitting and mould assembly.

2. Job Description

• Perform new mould fabrication, fitting and mould assembly.
• Perform mould making fabrication process according to tool drawing.
• Ensure FOT date given from Project activate maintain accordingly.
• Ensure to attend and oversea tool trial accordingly.
• Prepare the report of tool trial outcome, and fit the tool accordingly refer to FAI report.
• Operating conventional machine (Grinding, Milling, Turning).
• Ensure quality and accuracy are within specification.
• Perform preventive mould maintenance (if required).
• Ensure that all issue items are properly stored and accounted for.
• Trouble shooting and provide solution to problematic new molds.
• Perform good housekeeping and ensure safe practices at all time.
• Perform regular mould maintenance (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
