Job Responsibilities

• Product Promotion — Actively engage customers by presenting and promoting the company’s product offerings in a professional manner.
• Product Advisory — Deliver clear and accurate product information while recommending suitable solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Sales Performance — Strive to achieve established sales targets and optimise opportunities to enhance overall sales performance.
• Customer & Outlet Relations — Foster strong working relationships with customers and outlet personnel to ensure a positive and consistent service experience.
• Merchandising Standards — Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the assigned sales area remains organised and visually appealing.
• Market Observation — Monitor competitor activities, including pricing and promotional strategies, to support informed decision-making.
• Stock Coordination — Assist in stock verification, replenishment, and product arrangement when required.
• Reporting Duties — Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates as instructed.

Job Requirements

• Relevant Experience — Prior experience in sales, retail, or promoter roles is advantageous.
• Communication Excellence — Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to deliver courteous customer service.
• Customer Engagement — Confident in approaching customers and initiating meaningful interactions.
• Goal Orientation — Highly motivated to meet sales objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Team & Independent Work — Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Professional Conduct — Responsible, punctual, and committed to fulfilling duties at the assigned outlet.
