Job Title: Food Manufacturing Supervisor Industry: Manufacturing (Food Processing) Employment Type: Full‑Time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily food sauce and semi‑finished food production activities in our food manufacturing plant.
2. Assign daily work to production team, conduct on‑job training, monitor staff performance and attendance.
3. Ensure strict compliance with SFA food safety regulations, GMP and hygiene standards for food processing.
4. Monitor production output, track production yield and minimise material wastage.
5. Manage raw material and finished‑goods inventory, perform regular stock‑taking.
6. Coordinate equipment maintenance, troubleshoot production‑line issues to maintain smooth operation.
7. Prepare daily and weekly production reports for plant management.
8. Enforce production SOPs, workplace safety and housekeeping rules in the factory.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant working experience in food manufacturing / food processing production supervision.
2. Familiar with food safety & hygiene requirements for food processing plant.
3. Able to lead a production team, good supervisory and communication skills.
4. Comfortable working in a food manufacturing plant environment.
