Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Lead and manage all departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
• Drive hotel revenue, profitability and overall business performance.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance and operating costs.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and develop the management team and employees.
• Work closely with Heads of Department to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, statutory requirements, health and safety standards and operating procedures.
• Build and maintain good relationships with guests, clients, business partners and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service standards and revenue.
• Provide regular updates on hotel performance and key operational matters to the owners and senior management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant hotel management experience, preferably with experience in a senior management position.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management and revenue management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded, results-oriented and customer-focused.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
