Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Can manage schedule and tasks efficiently
• Computer literate
• Reliable & Professional
• Own transport (we are based in Damansara Jaya)
• Friendly and willing to learn

Job Scope:

• Manage Schedule – Coordinate appointments, meetings, events, travel arrangements, and daily calendar management.
• Lead Management & Follow-Ups – Make warm calls, follow up with prospective clients, manage enquiries, and maintain client databases.
• Client Liaison & Relationship Management – Contact clients, ensuring timely communication and excellent customer service.
• Administrative & Operational Support – Prepare documents, reports, meeting notes, and handle correspondence and other administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
