Provide programme administration support.
Assist in timetabling and scheduling of programmes and courses
Maintain and prepare accurate content for programme handbooks
Ensure enrolment records and information on courses offered are updated in the systems.
Provide administration and logistical support to department events.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min. Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Preferably with prior admin experience.
Candidates with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply for entry level positions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive work attitude, meticulous and a willingness to learn.
