• Strategy & Operational Support: Assist in scheduling marketing planning meetings, organizing project timelines, maintaining budget trackers, and monitoring expense receipts.
• Brand Asset Management: Organize and maintain central brand drives (logos, templates, guidelines) to ensure consistency across all operational channels and internal usage.
• Digital Marketing Coordination: Coordinate scheduling and posting for social media channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), maintain basic website content updates, format email newsletters, and keep subscriber lists updated.
• Content & Document Formatting: Proofread, format, and archive marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, press release drafts, and standard proposal templates.
• Market Data & Research Support: Gather raw industry data, log competitor activities, and compile preliminary reports on customer feedback to assist team analysis.
• Lead & Database Administration: Log incoming leads into the CRM database, track status updates, and route potential client inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Sales Collateral Support: Organize, format, and distribute sales presentations, slide decks, and required documentation for RFP/bid submissions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Collect monthly marketing metrics (social media reach, email open rates, website traffic) and compile standardized performance summaries for review.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
