Job description:

• Handle full sets of accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Perform month-end closing, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and audit schedules.
• Support corporate tax and GST matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial procedures.
• Participate in process improvements and finance operational support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full or partial sets of accounts.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and reconciliation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
