Job Overview

Role: Digital Marketing

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management
• Manage and maintain the centre’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and schedule regular content related to wellness, health, treatments, programmes and promotions.
• Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories and other digital content.
• Monitor comments, messages and customer engagement.
• Digital Marketing & Promotion
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote wellness services, packages and programmes.
• Manage online promotions, campaigns and seasonal marketing activities.
• Assist in increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Content Creation
• Prepare content such as wellness tips, educational materials, treatment information, testimonials and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, trainers or wellness professionals to obtain accurate information for content.
• Take photos/videos during wellness activities and events.
