Job description :

• Manage and grow the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish creative content such as videos, Reels, Stories, posters, and copywriting.
• Conduct Live Hosting sessions on social media platforms to increase engagement and drive sales.
• Manage the Content Calendar, content shooting, and ensure consistent and engaging content.
• Manage and run Meta / Facebook Ads for marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, trending audio, hashtags, and relevant content ideas.
• Manage comments and customer inquiries while improving audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to create content for promotions and sales campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and propose new marketing ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Qualification :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Content Creation.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and graphic editing tools.
• Strong skills in graphic design and content editing to create engaging visuals.
• Active user with a good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera as a Live Host.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, trend-conscious, and able to work within deadlines.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
• Experience in managing Meta / Facebook Ads is an added advantage.
