You will coordinate assigned merchant implementation projects from planning through activation, working closely with the Project Specialist (Onboarding Optimisation), PSO Team and other colleagues to deliver a successful launch in accordance but not limited to the following scope:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan project timelines with PSO team and carry out the following activities:
1.1. Onboarding and Configuration (PSO Team Lead, PST Support)
PSO team to prepare and collate information for merchant onboarding including key project timelines while PST team to align and re-coordinate schedules for entire the project timeline. Whenever required, PST team must assist PSO in project onboarding.
Preferred Approach: Digital forms, guides, videos shared with merchant
When Required: Virtual / Onsite quick clarification meetings
1.2. Internal Review and Merchant Review (PSO Team Lead, PST Support)
PSO team to prepare the deliverables for merchant review while PST team must perform the internal review including software test orders in preparation for project deployment and training to ensure systems are ready to go live.
Preferred Approach: Digital forms, guides, videos shared with merchant
When Required: Virtual / Onsite quick clarification meetings
1.3. Deployment of Hardware, Displays (PST Team Lead, PSO Support)
PST team to source / procure / prepare all necessary hardware and displays for purpose of project deployment. PSO team will support in design and configuration where relevant.
Preferred Approach: Onsite deployment of hardware and displays
When Possible: Merchant self-deployment via digital guides
1.4. Product Users Training (PST Team Lead, PSO Support)
PST team will conduct the required Onsite or Online training to the respective Outlet users or HQ users, this will be assisted by PSO team with A.I. generated training videos
Preferred Approach: Onsite deployment of hardware and displays
When Possible: Merchant self-deployment via digital guides
2. Hold a monthly review between PST and PSO team and submit a summary of decisions, recommendations, owners and follow up actions in the areas below. The aim is to make implementation more scalable across markets.
2.1. Digital Guides Improvements
Review existing AI assisted guides and recommend changes to onboarding, merchant review and user training. These improvements should reduce manual effort and support merchant self-service in the SaaS model.

Phase 2 : SaaS Approach
Digital A.I. content automated by SaaS Platform supported by Designers
Key processes to focus on:
a. Quick Onboarding Guides, Infographics and Documents
b. Merchant Review Videos and Key Checklist
c. Training Videos and Key Checklist
Obtain the director's approval for proposed changes and coordinate implementation with the AI digital marketing team.
2.2. Hardware Procurement, Distribution, Deployment
Hardware Supply Continuity:
Review hardware suppliers, maintain at least three qualified suppliers for each critical hardware category, and keep sufficient stock to support five outlet deployments.
Suitability and Deployment Effort:
Review whether the available hardware supports current product requirements and merchant usage. Assess the time and effort required to deploy it. Where practical, enable merchants to receive hardware by delivery and complete setup using video guides, particularly at sites with limited printing needs.
2.3. Displays Procurement, Distribution, Deployment
Display Supply Continuity:
Review display suppliers, maintain at least three qualified suppliers for each critical display category, and keep sufficient stock to support five outlet deployments.
Display Efficacy and Efficiency:
Review whether current call to action displays support product goals and merchant usage. Assess the time and effort required for deployment. Where practical, enable merchants to receive or print displays and set them up using video guides.
3. Merchant Site Standby and Activation beyond office hours.
If merchant site standby or activation is required outside normal working hours, the following arrangements may apply, subject to management approval and applicable law:
Option 1: Time off in lieu
Time off in lieu may be granted at a ratio of 1.5 hours for each approved hour worked outside normal working hours.
Option 2: Allowance
Where time off in lieu is not practicable, approved standby and activation duties on rest days or public holidays may attract the following allowances: S$100 per standby assignment; S$50 per deployment; and S$50 for each three hours of onsite monitoring. Working hours and payments remain subject to applicable requirements.
