Main responsibility:

To manage and coordinate XONE's digital marketing activities from planning to execution, ensuring campaigns, advertisements, content and promotional activities are properly scheduled, assigned, executed and measured.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan monthly digital marketing campaigns and calendar
• Coordinate campaign timelines and deadlines
• Assign and follow up tasks with designers, content team and marketing team
• Manage and monitor Meta/TikTok advertising campaigns
• Track advertising spend and campaign performance
• Analyse sales, traffic, ROAS, leads and conversion data
• Prepare weekly marketing performance reports
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time
• Coordinate promotions with Retail and Ecommerce teams
• Identify delays, gaps and underperforming campaigns
• Follow up with PICs until tasks are completed
• Maintain a clear marketing/project tracker
