Recruitment Consultant – Domestic Helpers / MDW

Salary: $2,500 – $7,500 + Attractive Commission & Incentives

We are an employment agency looking for an experienced MDW Recruitment Consultant to join us and grow together.

If you have 5+ years of MDW recruitment experience, hold a valid CEI Basic License, and are confident in handling clients, candidates and placements, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Manage the full MDW recruitment and placement process.

Source, interview and recommend suitable helpers.

Understand employers' needs and match suitable candidates.

Handle interviews, documentation and placement matters.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Follow up on enquiries and after-placement matters.

Develop new clients and contribute to business growth.

Ensure all placements comply with relevant regulations.

What We're Looking For

Valid CEI Basic License – Mandatory

Minimum 5 years' relevant MDW recruitment experience

Good knowledge of MDW employment and placement procedures.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good follow-up and customer service skills.

Independent, responsible and target-driven.

Experience in sales, client acquisition or business development is an advantage.
