Tanggungjawab
Ø Responsible for the entire day to day operations of the store, from closing to end shift.
Ø Supervise staffs to achieve good customer service standards.
Ø Monitor sales and improve revenue generation with new ideas.
Ø Managing staff duty rosters, leave schedules.
Ø Inventory Management, Stock Management, Purchasing Management, Supplier Management.
Ø Regular check on all store products for their expiry and inform supplier for exchange and control overstocking.
Ø Ensure the availability of all items in demand by the customers and manage stocks of those items in store.
Ø Monitor customer feedback regularly and take necessary actions based on the feedback, and train staffs accordingly, to ensure good service standards.
Ø With the help of the management, work on the budget and sales management, to ensure the sales target is achieved.
Ø Adhere to all government protocol, in and out of the store area to ensure all the rules and regulation guidelines are followed.
Good inventory control practices and retail management systems are needed, and to be able to work under pressure to meet deadline
