Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to lead our air-cond installation and service team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and assign daily jobs to technicians
  • Check the quality of installation and servicing work
  • Make sure the team follows safety rules
  • Train and guide senior and junior technicians
  • Handle customer complaints and site problems
  • Report job progress to management
  • Check tools, materials, and spare parts

Requirements

  • Diploma, certificate, or equivalent in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical
  • At least 5 years of experience in air-cond work, with 2 years leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Valid driving licence (Class D & GDL) and own transport preferred

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
