Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting/Filing Clerk with an accounting background to support document management and routine administrative duties within our Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Sort, file, and maintain invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents to ensure accurate record keeping
• Scan, label, and organize electronic records for easy retrieval and efficient document management
• Check documents for completeness and follow up on missing information to maintain data accuracy
• Assist in updating financial and administrative records to support the Finance team’s operations
• Retrieve supporting documents promptly for audits and internal reviews to facilitate compliance
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and provide general administrative support to the Finance team

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business/Accounting or relevant qualification in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration
• Basic knowledge of accounting documents and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous filing, administrative, or accounting support experience
• Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks reliably
