Job Description

Manage port and terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable movement of vessels and cargo. The role involves supervising operational teams, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring performance, and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

. Oversee daily port, terminal, and wharf operations.

. Manage and coordinate operations teams, manpower, and equipment.

. Monitor vessel movements, cargo handling, safety, and operational performance.

. Coordinate with shipping lines, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.

. Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

. Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in port, terminal, maritime, or logistics operations.

. Strong knowledge of port operations, cargo handling, safety, and maritime procedures.

. Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

. Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
