Role Description
The Funds Event Crew (Fresh Graduates) role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, team members support the planning and execution of fund-related events, including coordinating logistics, preparing financial and investment-related materials, and assisting with event documentation. Responsibilities include working closely with senior staff to understand fund activities, gathering and organizing financial data, and ensuring event operations run smoothly and on schedule. The role also involves communicating with internal teams and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records related to fund events, and contributing ideas to improve event effectiveness and participant experience. This position is designed to provide fresh graduates with practical exposure to finance, investments, and fund operations in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
