Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Kitting Clerk @ Pasir Gudang (6-month contract), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,200 di Guna Trading Johor - Maukerja

• Attend the daily meeting with production, engineering and material & production planners to co-ordinate on the materials kitting activities.
• Liaise with production planners on the work order released and execute the work order within the stipulated time frame.
• Liaise with production supervisors on the material issuance related activity.
• Process and execute the work order. Release the pick list to Material Handlers to proceed with the kitting transactions. Work closely with Material Handlers to ensure the kitting is done within the deadline.
• Resolve any issue raised by Material Handlers and report to supervisor / manager for disposition if required.
• Liaise with Replenish Team on the materials hand over. Resolve any kitting error if found by Replenish Team.
• Performs kitting transactions at Oracle on time and accurate without error.
• Follow up closely on those material shortages and supply to production once received from Receiving team.
• Execute and proceed with the material kitting if there is any urgent material request from production.
• Work closely with materials planners and receiving team to expedite on the hot items and issue to production.
• Execute and procced the purge materials request from production, QA, engineering or MRB.
• Execute and proceed with the materials request for the inter-sites Transfer Order (TO) shipments. Kit, pack and perform system transaction for the TO shipments,
• Execute and proceed with the materials request for the samples to be sent to suppliers. Kit, pack and perform system transaction for the sample shipments.
• Execute and proceed with the materials request for the items returned to supplier for rework. Kit, pack and perform system transaction for the RTV shipments.
• Resolve any inventory discrepancy if arises due to the kitting transaction.
• Perform any ad hoc task or duties assigned by the warehouse supervisor or manager.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
