The Job:

• Checking of progress reports
• Checking of admission requirement for new applications
• Checking of seminar attendance forms
• Collation of data
• Checking of students’ overseas attachment/conference requests
• Checking of role-based emails
• Any other ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Minutes taking for meetings

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder with 2-3 years of administrative working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
