Kerja Sepenuh Masa Architectural Assistant, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,000 di MODE ARCHITECTS PRIVATE LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing feasibility studies and design proposals
• Develop design comprehensively based on established design brief, concept and schematic layout
• Diligently review design to ensure compliance to authorities' requirements
• Actively consult, liaise and address authorities' concerns to obtain plan approvals
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentations meticulously for tender procurement and construction
• Coordinate with allied consultants (e.g. C&S, M&E, Surveyor, Landscape, ID) in preparing design and in project implementation
• On-site construction supervision
• Attend to and resolve technical and construction issues, while enforcing the design intent
• Assist Architect in contract administration and project execution

Requirements:

• Highly energetic, motivated, proactive, affectionate and very friendly
• Good eye for details and competent in codes and statutory requirements
• A master of time management
• Minimum Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• The Master's Degree in Architecture must be recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in working with HDB a plus advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
