We're Hiring | Japanese Speaking Emergency Support / Emergency Services Representative

Open for Japanese Nationals Only (Mandatory)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Weekends & Nights)
Salary: Up to RM13,000 Basic
Additional Benefits: Monthly KPI Incentives + Night Shift Allowance

Requirements

• Japanese National (Mandatory)
• Minimum B2 English proficiency
• Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Experience in customer support, emergency response, crisis management, or related roles is an advantage
• CPR, Emergency Response, Fire Dispatch, or Police Dispatch certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle emergency and distress situations with empathy and professionalism
• Assess urgency and collect critical information accurately
• Provide clear guidance and reassurance during high-stress situations
• Coordinate with internal teams and emergency responders
• Support crisis and incident management activities
• Make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining high service quality
• Maintain accurate case documentation while ensuring confidentiality
