Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the central kitchen and food processing activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise food production schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with SFA requirements.
- Manage production workflow including food preparation, processing, packing, and storage.
- Supervise kitchen and production staff, including training and work allocation.
- Monitor inventory levels, raw materials usage, and production costs.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
- Coordinate with delivery and logistics team to ensure timely distribution of products.
- Implement improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
