We are looking for a reliable Intern - HR to support our people operations and help build a positive, productive workplace. You will manage day-to-day HR functions, from hiring and onboarding to employee relations and legal compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct background checks and extend job offers.
• Lead onboarding programs to help new hires integrate smoothly.

Employee Relations & Culture

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and handle grievances fairly.
• Plan team engagement events and foster a supportive culture.

Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure company policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: [2+] years of experience working in an HR role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of general employment laws and HR practices.
• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Discretion: High level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
