• 1. Fee Collection:
• Collect toll fees from drivers in accordance with the established rate structure. Operate cash registers or electronic toll collection systems accurately and efficiently. Issue receipts to drivers upon request.2. Customer Service:
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to drivers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to toll payments.
• Offer information on toll rates, directions, and other relevant details.3. Transaction Handling:
• Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and electronic payments securely.
• Ensure the accuracy of all transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a log of daily transactions and submit reports as required.4. Traffic Management:
• Monitor and manage the flow of vehicles through the toll lanes to prevent congestion.
• Communicate with other toll booth operators and supervisors to manage high traffic volumes effectively.
• Assist in maintaining a smooth and orderly flow of traffic.5. Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of toll collections, including cash and electronic payments.
• Record any discrepancies or incidents that occur during the shift.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.6. Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
• Operate toll booth equipment, including computers, ticket dispensers, and communication devices.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor or maintenance team promptly.
• Ensure the toll booth area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.7. Compliance and Security:
• Follow all established policies and procedures related to toll collection and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Handle cash and sensitive information securely to prevent theft or fraud.8. Emergency Response:
• Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, or incidents at the toll plaza.
• Communicate with emergency services and provide assistance as needed.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of drivers and staff.9. Training and Development:
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated on changes in toll rates, policies, and procedures.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
