Contract Admin, Content & Operations Assistant
Minimum 3-Month Commitment

Join Insofresh, a premium fruit and gifting brand in Singapore.

We are looking for a responsible, organised and creative individual to support our daily operations.



Responsibilities:

Process orders and handle general administrative work
Assist with customer enquiries and delivery coordination
Prepare invoices, labels and order documents
Create simple social media posts and captions during quieter periods
Assist with fruit quality checks, packing and gift preparation
Support daily operations and maintain an organised workspace



You may be a good fit if you are:

Meticulous, reliable and punctual
Self-directed, proactive and able to manage tasks independently
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Canva
 Able to communicate and write clearly
Creative, with an eye for attractive presentation
Willing to assist with hands-on work and carry cartons when required
Able to organise priorities and work efficiently



This is a varied, hands-on role and is not purely desk-based.

The Plaza, Beach Road
Five to six days per week, usually Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend work may be required.

Monday: 8am to 5pm
Tuesday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
One-hour unpaid meal break



$13/hour with CPF contributions
Minimum commitment: Three months
