About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Education Consultant Manager (EC Manager) to join our growing team in Miri.

This is a sales and leadership-focused role where you will manage our Educational Consultant (EC) / Agent network, develop corporate clients, drive monthly training registrations, and contribute to the growth of our training and corporate solutions business.

You will play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets, filling training seats, developing new business opportunities, and supporting ECs/Agents to improve their sales performance.

What You’ll Do

EC / Agent Management

* Recruit, onboard, train, and manage commission-based ECs/Agents.

* Set and monitor monthly sales targets and KPIs.

* Coach, motivate, and support ECs/Agents to generate leads and close sales.

* Provide product knowledge, sales materials, and ongoing guidance.

Sales & Business Development

* Generate and convert corporate training leads.

* Build relationships with HR, L&D teams, management, and business decision-makers.

* Promote HRD Corp-claimable training and customised corporate solutions.

* Develop opportunities for in-house training, team building, workshops, annual dinners, and corporate events.

Training Seat Fulfilment

* Take ownership of filling seats for our scheduled public training programmes every month.

* Work with ECs/Agents and the marketing team to achieve participant and revenue targets.

* Follow up with prospects and existing clients to drive registrations and repeat business.

Performance & Programme Management

* Track sales, leads, conversions, training seats, and revenue.

* Prepare performance reports and action plans for management.

* Coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.

* Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve our programmes and sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For

* Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, HR, Management, or a related field.

* Experience in sales, business development, corporate training, HRD Corp training, education consultancy, or L&D is an advantage.

* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

* Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.

* Experience managing sales agents or commission-based teams is an advantage.

* Proactive, organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

* Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.

* Willing to work on-site in Miri and travel when required.
