This regional role supports the APAC Rewards function across compensation, benefits, global mobility, industrial relations, and regional reward initiatives. The role works closely with the APAC Heads of Rewards and Compensation and partners with HR colleagues across APAC. It also contributes to selected global reward projects. Responsibilities include:

• Providing reward advisory support for Singapore and APAC markets across compensation, benefits, and related reward processes.
• Facilitating pay and benefits proposal reviews from countries to ensure alignment with market practices, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating the annual APAC pay review cycle, including promotions and Compensation activities.
• Supporting the design, review, and implementation of compensation, benefits, industrial relations, and mobility policies for Singapore and the APAC region.
• Serving as a subject matter expert for assigned policy areas and acting as the primary point of contact for HR stakeholders.
• Assessing market competitiveness through benchmarking and data analysis to support reward strategy decisions.
• Overseeing benefits and wellbeing programmes, including benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Managing external vendor relationships to maintain service quality, optimize programme delivery, and ensure value for the organisation.
• Supporting risk-aligned and market‑competitive reward practices in partnership with the Head of Compensation.
• Guiding HR teams, managers, and employees through new reward programmes, policy changes, or process enhancements.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners, HRIS, HR Shared Services, and country HR teams on the implementation and administration of reward initiatives.
• Managing the regional global mobility programme, including assignment policy governance, cost modelling, and coordination with global mobility partners.
• Handling industrial relations matters for Singapore, including union engagements, negotiations, and the signing of collective and memorandum agreements covering salary ranges, increments, benefits, and work rules.
• Providing support for the portfolios of other Reward team members during their absence or reassignment, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least 6 years of HR experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational environment; banking experience preferred.
• Good understanding of labour regulations across APAC, including Singapore.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a nice‑to‑have.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• A self‑starter with strong ownership, resourcefulness, meticulous, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Personal qualities such as grit, resilience, tenacity, comfort with ambiguity, and a team player.
