Job Description & List of Duties and Responsibilities:

Safety & Health Supervisor (Yellow Book Holder) Entry Level are welcome

1. To create safety awareness and carry out safety meeting, safety induction and safety training to existing employees and new employees
2. To implement and monitor aspect of Safety Management System activities in the workplace.
3. To submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic record for HQ record.
4. To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, etc. in place.
5. To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company’s policy.
6. To provide assistance for safety before & during internal/external’s audit by ensuring all related documents at site is updated from time to time.
7. To avoid Corruption/bribery in any management process.
8. To ensure subcontractors comply to the requirements of the Safety Management System which outlined their responsibilities and commitments.
9. Review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before its execution.
10. Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior.
