Job Summary

This hands-on role focuses on delivering balloon orders safely and on time, setting up event decorations onsite, and supporting balloon preparation and fulfilment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver balloon orders safely and punctually to customer locations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries and setups
• Set up balloon decorations at hotels, homes, and event venues according to specifications
• Perform occasional teardown and collection of reusable props and equipment after events
• Prepare, inflate, assemble, and pack balloon orders in-house when required
• Verify order accuracy before departure for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle, equipment, and work areas
• Work independently after training to complete assigned tasks reliably and responsibly
• Handle and carry event equipment safely, demonstrating physical fitness for hands-on work

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of driving experience
• Experience in balloon, event, logistics, or delivery work (training provided)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Benefits

• 5-day work week, 9am to 6pm
• Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays with time off in lieu provided
• Weekly rest days scheduled on weekdays
• Flexible working hours for early deliveries or setups
• Salary: S$2,400 - S$2,600 depending on experience
• Annual leave entitlement
• Experienced and approved drivers may be allowed to drive the company van home

Employment Terms

• 1-year contract with renewal based on performance
