We're looking for a motivated fresh graduate from ANY field of study to join our Technology Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on corporate experience, develop analytical and communication skills, and work alongside experienced professionals supporting strategic technology hiring initiatives.

• Assist in preparing reports, business papers, and presentation materials.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and data reports.
• Analyse hiring metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Gain exposure to hiring local and international technology professionals, including expatriates relocating to Malaysia.

• Fresh graduates from any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data and reporting.
• Enjoy working with numbers and identifying trends.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Power BI or dashboarding tools is an added advantage.
