Responsibilities

• Identify and generate sales leads and business opportunities for lift and escalator projects
• Highlight and customize in-house standard packages to meet diverse customer requirements
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market and industry trends to inform sales strategies
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure business agreements
• Apply knowledge of tender processes, including submission requirements and contract terms, to support bidding activities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Prepare regular reports analyzing market performance and sales activities to guide decision-making
