Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Fire Protection Equipment Manufacturing
Position Title: Purchasing Executive (Manufacturing)
Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Process requisitions submitted by different departments.
Source suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing.
Purchase raw materials, equipment, parts, and other items required for operations and production.
Prepare purchase orders and verify delivery orders.
Ensure all purchasing documents are properly maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum ITE or Diploma in a relevant field.
At least 1 year of relevant purchasing experience.
Good knowledge of international trade administration, including import and export documents and Letters of Credit.
Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
