This role involves collaborating across marketing, product, and IT teams as a MyUMobile App super-user to manage daily app operations, optimize digital user journeys, and support feature deployments.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the MyUMobile App as a super-user, supporting marketing strategies to enhance app features, digital customer journeys, and user engagement.
- Support business and product teams by gathering requirements, providing input on app improvements, and assisting with troubleshooting, setup, and feature deployment.
- Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, IT, product, and vendors to ensure timely and smooth execution.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or any equivalent field.
- Good command of English required.
- Exposure to digital, apps, or analytics through coursework, projects, or internships is an advantage.
