Location: Selangor, Malaysia

Job Description

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and user support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and understand business requirements from users and clients.

Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Work with core modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse.

Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.

Support data migration, system testing, UAT and Go-Live activities.

Provide user training and post-implementation support.

Work closely with technical/development teams for customizations and integrations.

Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.

Requirements

3–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Hands-on experience in Business Central implementation or support.

Good understanding of ERP business processes.

Experience with Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory modules.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills with both business and technical teams.

Experience with UAT, documentation and user training.

Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics certification is an advantage.
