Job Responsibilities 

 Translate the strategy, vision and mission of the corporation to his local market.

·         Keep up to date with market forces and competition activities.

·         Review and plan on the station strategic and tactical plans in accordance to these shifting trends.

·         Share information about market trends and experiences with GSO management and other Country Mangers, as well any major shifts in station strategy.

·         Adhere and encourage the Aramex culture and always set an example to the station employees.

·         Encourage and reward innovation and entrepreneurship.

·         Work with HR leader to acquire, train, and maintain talent in the station.

·         Ensure that employees’ work environment is good and healthy, and make sure that they always have all the tools needed to work effectively.

·         Encourage a work environment that promotes positive attitude and ambitious objectives.

·         Continuously measure and try to resolve issues related to employee satisfaction.

·         Conduct leaders’ performance appraisal.

·         Monitor and ensure that employees are receiving training both external and internal (basic training for new hires and continuous training for employees).

·         Continue to examine the organizational chart of the station and promote leaders into various openings as needed.

·         Ensure conducting the social activities in the station at least twice year.

·         Implement the open door policy at the station.

·         Continuously measure and try to enhance customer and employee satisfaction.

·         Work on the customer’s loyalty program and follow up with the CMT.

·         Ensure positive cash flow for the company to meet its obligations while continuously monitoring receivables and credit limits.

·         Setting/approving and reviewing and amending the station budgets.

·         Visit clients with team leaders and team members and do presentation to executives.

·         Share and follow up on sales leaders on a station level and on a regional level.

·         Review project proposals that may require infrastructure investment.

·         Set and review product and team budgets and targets.

Job Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
5 Years of Experience in P&L Managing.
