Job Summary

Perform bakery preparation, dough handling, shaping, baking, and sanitation tasks following established procedures to ensure product quality and safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh ingredients and prepare dough according to the daily mixing schedule to ensure consistent product quality
• Assess dough extensibility and troubleshoot dough characteristics to maintain proper texture and performance
• Portion and fill dough precisely, shaping and rolling according to GKKJPT procedures without damaging the dough
• Follow baking procedures and processes to achieve correct baking results and product standards
• Weigh fillings accurately and monitor expiration dates to ensure food safety and quality
• Follow correct cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic work environment
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager, including housekeeping tasks, to support kitchen operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bakery culinary experience

Other Information

• Must be able to handle non-halal food
• Work schedule includes rotating shifts (44 hours per week, 6 days, day and night shifts)
