Job Description:
Manage all accounting transactions

Prepare budget forecasts

Handle monthly and annual closings

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

Audit financial transactions and documents

Comply with Singapore financial policies and regulations

Other Responsibilities Include:
Handle incorporation secretarial matters, independently, such as preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients’ companies, online submission with ACRA, annual filing, update of statutory registers and minute book etc.

Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Human Resource including payroll, staff claim, employment documents, leave update, and filing.

Administration including ordering office supplies, and other ad-hoc.

Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent

Min 2 - 3 years relevant working experience

Good accounting skills, preferably full set of account

Proficiency in accounting software, such as ABSS and MYOB

Good attitude and ability to work independently as well as a team

Meticulous, detailed, resourceful and willing to take up additional responsibility
