JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities for our ERP, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise solution sales and an established business network within the manufacturing sector.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
• Promote ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, OEE, and digitalisation solutions.
• Build relationships with business owners, senior management, IT, operations, production, and supply chain leaders.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct prospecting.
• Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Work closely with presales and technical consultants for presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify additional business opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years of experience in B2B or enterprise solution sales.
• Experience in ERP, manufacturing software, supply chain solutions, industrial automation, or enterprise applications is preferred.
• Existing business contacts within the manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, production, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain processes. Proven ability to generate leads, develop new accounts, and close sales opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
• Diploma or degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kepong
