We are looking for a General Conveyancing Clerk to join our team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle day-to-day conveyancing matters and documentation
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, government offices and other relevant parties
• Attend to registration, stamping and other conveyancing-related matters
• Maintain proper filing and ensure documents are handled accurately and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned by the firm
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum SPM / Diploma / relevant qualification
• Previous experience in conveyancing is an advantage
• Familiar with basic conveyancing procedures and documentation
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Responsible, meticulous and willing to learn
