Job Description

• Front Desk Operations: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Calls & Communication: Handle incoming calls, messages, emails, and enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and record maintenance.
• Mail & Courier Handling: Receive, record, distribute, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier deliveries.
• Meeting & Office Support: Assist with meeting room arrangements and ensure the reception and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Records & Supplies: Maintain reception and administrative records and monitor office and reception supplies.
• Other Duties: Provide general administrative assistance and carry out other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Able to handle calls, visitors, enquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Well-groomed, responsible, punctual, and professional in conduct.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
