Job Description:

• Understand recruiting needs - regularly craft and post job descriptions
• Brainstorm recruiting strategies or source suitable recruiting platforms - increase outreach
• Screening resumes and applications - shortlist suitable and qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
