Kerja Sepenuh Masa PROJECT EXECUTIVE, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di HB GLASS & ALUMINIUM SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilty:

1) Coordinate and follow up on project-related documents, shop drawings, samples and submissions with customers/Main Contractors.

2) Prepare and issue Site Memos, RFIs, RFIPs and official letters to relevant parties.

3) Follow up on approval status of shop drawings, samples and other project documents.

4) Prepare and maintain project tracking lists for shop drawings, samples, Transmittal Notes, Site Memos, RFIs and other project documents.

5) Prepare and distribute Controlled Copies of approved documents to the relevant departments and maintain proper document filing.

6) Liaise with QS, Purchasing, Production and other departments to coordinate project requirements.

7) Assist QS in arranging meetings for new projects with PICs and subcontractors.

8) Coordinate sample availability and sample board preparation for submission to Main Contractors.

9) Arrange and participate in project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

10) Record and maintain proper documentation of documents received from customers/Main Contractors.

11) Conduct and collect customer satisfaction forms upon project completion and prepare the report.

12) Perform other project coordination duties as assigned by the management.

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday : 8:30am - 5:00pm
Alternate Saturday : 8:30am - 12:00pm

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
