Job Descriptions:

• Manage IT procurement by sourcing hardware, software, and service providers.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Conduct IT onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, equipment setup, and access removal.
• Technical Support - Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues both in-person and remotely.
• Staff Training - Conduct cybersecurity awareness training and onboard new employees on IT tools.
• Asset Management - Maintain accurate documentation of all IT assets, software licenses, and service agreements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or management from time to time.
• Security & Compliance - Implement and enforce IT security policies, manage user access controls, and protect corporate data safeguards.
• Vendor Management - Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, licensing renewals, and system repairs.
• Poster & Media Design Support - Format, resize, print-prep, or digitally publish company posters, hiring graphics, and event banners using design tools.
• Corporate Profile Updates - Ensure the digital and PDF versions of the company profile are kept up-to-date with the latest corporate data, services, and structural changes.
• Website Maintenance - Update website content, upload media, troubleshoot backend errors, monitor hosting/domain renewals, and ensure optimal website speed and security.
• System Administration - Install and configure operating systems, applications, VPNs, and peripheral devices. Monitor servers, firewalls, and data backups to prevent system downtime.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
